What to do with your stockpile?

Posted by: Julie in

My kids came home from school with a note talking about the fifth grade community project. Our Salvation Army is in need of food, toiletries and school supplies. They are asking the students to bring in items to donate.

We raided the stock pile and came up with 2 bags full of stuff: shampoo, conditioner, shave gel, soap, deodorant, toothbrushes and more.

*

How nice to be able to donate these items!

I feel SO BLESSED to be with my family in our nice home with all of our needs met. We truly want for nothing.

Thank you to all the ladies that share your knowledge. Thank you for taking the time to teach others how to save money. I never would have been able to give so much if it weren't for couponing and learning from you all.

Wow. That's a lot of items that you came up with. What a great thing for your kids to participate in. People can buy toiletries on good sales or with coupons and save them up for a donation, too.
